The width of the sign holder is referenced in the first number. Signs starting with a '11' are for 11"x7" or landscape oriented signs. Those starting with a '7' are for 7"x11" or portrait oriented signs. The last 2 numbers indicate leg length
You can use these to stick in the ground or put into bases which are sold separately.
